First, please come to the 1st floor of either KYOTO MUSE or VOXhall to receive a wristband.
Wristband exchange time: 10 am - 9 pm
Note: You will not be allowed to enter the venues without a wristband, even if you have a ticket.
■ For those who already have tickets:
Please exchange your ticket for a wristband at the wristband exchange counter (1st floor of either KYOTO MUSE or VOXhall).
■ For those with reservations:
Please come to the wristband exchange counter (1st floor of either KYOTO MUSE or VOXhall) and give the name in which reservations were made.
■ For day-of-performance tickets:
Please come to the wristband exchange counter (1st floor of either KYOTO MUSE or VOXhall) and purchase a wristband.
■ For students in high school and below:
After showing their student ID cards, high school students and below are allowed to enter the venues with purchase of only a drink ticket. (Primary school students do not need ID cards.)
For those students who do not have school ID cards, please show any other ID that verifies your date of birth (year/month/day).
Please note that you must pay the ticket fee if you cannot present a ticket.
Note: Wrist band cannot be reissued if it is torn or lost, no matter what the reason.
■ Drink tickets:
Purchase of one drink ticket (600 yen) is required. (Preschool children are exempt.)
Drink tickets can be used anytime at any event venue except Capricciosa.
However, please note that food and drinks are not sold at some of the venues.
Tips to the artists at the free stages is appreciated.
Tips are not compulsory, so only when you feel like expressing "like!", please toss a coin or two.
All collected tips are to be shared by the artists of that stage.
Note: No tipping at the Shin-kyogoku Hanabutai Stage.
■ Car/bicycle parking lots:
There are no venues with parking spaces for either cars or bicycles,
so it is highly recommended to take public transportation to the event.
If you come by car or bicycle, please use the nearby parking lots.
There are no cloakrooms.
However, a limited number of lockers are at some of the venues, and you are welcome to use them.
